Accessibility Statement
A digital presence should be considered, usable and dignified for as many people as reasonably possible.
Effective and last updated: 13 July 2026
01 · Commitment
Siaoah.com is designed toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and aims to provide an inclusive experience across modern browsers, screen sizes, keyboards and assistive technologies.
This is an ongoing commitment rather than a claim that every possible device, translation or third-party destination is free from barriers.
02 · Measures included
- Semantic headings, landmarks and navigation.
- A skip-to-content link and visible keyboard focus.
- Keyboard-managed mobile navigation with focus containment.
- Responsive layouts, reflow and minimum interaction-target spacing.
- Alternative text for meaningful images.
- Reduced-motion and forced-colour support.
- Content that remains available if animation JavaScript fails.
- A copyable WeChat identifier instead of relying only on an app deep link.
03 · Language support
The principal site is available in English and selected ASEAN languages. Rendering quality can depend on the fonts installed on a visitor’s device. English legal documents are currently the authoritative versions.
04 · External services
Messaging applications and linked venture websites are controlled by third parties. Their accessibility may differ from Siaoah.com and is outside this site’s direct control.
05 · Feedback
If you experience a barrier, email woo@siaoah.com. Include the page address, the problem encountered, your browser or assistive technology where useful, and the format or outcome you need.
Reasonable efforts will be made to provide the information or an alternative means of access.
